RS232C/USB Remote Control Function Check

Functionality

check

Invoke a terminal application such as

RealTerm. For RS232C, set the COM port, baud

rate, stop bit, data bit and parity accordingly.

To check the COM settings, see the Device

Manager in the PC. For WinXP; Control panel

→ System → Hardware tab.

Run this query command via the terminal after

the instrument has been configured for

RS232/USB remote control (page 5).

number, Serial number, and Firmware version
